About us

Country folk from Florida who happen to be good at the internet.

We grew up around work trucks and early mornings. ServTite exists because good service businesses were losing jobs to slicker websites — not better work.

We stay small on purpose. You talk to the same people who build your site, write your posts, and watch your ads. When something breaks, you text us — not a ticket portal.

Our whole passion is getting service where service needs to be: helping neighbors find the right help fast, and helping the folks who provide it grow steady.

Why we're easy to work with

We're not an agency. We're the folks two towns over who happen to be good at this.

We grew up on this side of the truck.

Early mornings, coolers in the bed, jobs that run long because somebody's water is still off. We know what a Tuesday looks like for you, which is why we don't schedule calls at 8 a.m. when you're already under a house.

We answer like a neighbor, not a vendor.

You text, we text back. No portal, no ticket number, no "your account manager will follow up." Same people, same number, every time.

We write the way you talk.

Your pages say water heater, breaker panel, and slab leak — because that's what your customers type at 11 p.m. with a flashlight in their hand.

We know money's tight some months.

Nobody here is going to sell you a $4,000 rebrand. We build the thing that makes the phone ring, keep it simple, and leave the rest of your money in the business.

How we operate

Three things we don't budge on.

Plain talk

No agency jargon, no dashboards nobody reads. If we can't explain it standing at the tailgate, we don't sell it.

Neighbors first

Every call we help you win is somebody with no AC, no hot water, or no power. Speed is the whole job.

Own your stuff

Your site, your domain, your Google profile, your ad account. Always in your name — no exceptions.

The difference we make

A busted water heater is not a marketing problem. It's a Tuesday emergency.

Somebody in your town is standing in two inches of water right now with their phone in their hand. Whoever shows up first in that search gets the call — and that person gets help. When a good shop is invisible online, both sides lose. That's the gap we close, and it's why we move fast instead of scheduling a fourth discovery meeting.

  1. 01.

    Days, not quarters

Your Google profile gets claimed and fixed in the first week, because that's the lever that moves the phone fastest. The site follows right behind it. We'd rather have something honest live on Friday than something perfect live in April.

  2. 02.

    One number, one person

You get the same people every time — the ones who built the thing. No account manager relaying your question to somebody you've never met. Premium partners text us straight through the whole subscription.

  3. 03.

We talk like your customers do

Nobody searches for "residential hydronic solutions." They search for "no hot water near me." We write your pages in the words your neighbors actually type, and we say them out loud to make sure they sound like you.

  4. 04.

    Your name on everything

Domain, hosting, site, Google profile, Facebook page, ad accounts — all in your name from day one. If you ever leave us, you leave with the whole thing. That's not a policy, it's just decent.

  5. 05.

    Community first, always

Every job you win is a family with air conditioning again, a shop with the lights back on, a mom with a working stove. We keep score by how fast help gets where it's needed — the invoices take care of themselves.
